♥DESCRIPTION
Celebrate winter with this charming white satin and sparkle tulle dress.
The bodice is decorated with lots of white flowers and silver snowflakes.
Bodice and skirt are white satin.
White Sparkle tulle tutu style is the top skirt.
The bodice has elastic in it from the chest to the waist for an always comfortable fit.
The straps are elastic with a wide ruffle.
All seams are neatly finished and all elastic is hidden or soft so it won’t hurt your delicate skin.
